on the right does not. Both have hard-wired smoke detectors.
Each room is 11' x 11'3". For electric heat energy savings, each bedroom
has it's own themostat.
Tilt-in thermal windows make for easy cleaning. Screens open and close for
flowerbox watering.

Large trees and access to miles of quiet country roads make the Town of Dover is a nice place to live and work.
From NY Route 22: Go onto East Duncan Hill Road past Town Hall. Follow to end, take a left (County Rte. 6). After .7 mile take a right onto Limekiln Road. Take first right after bridge (Berkshire Road). 11 Berkshire Road is first on left.
